Caro-Kann - I've seen this bishop move for black a fair few times; why isn't it a 'good' move? It develops the bishop and doesn't seem to inherently weaken blacks structure.

In this position, (black to move) Qe1 is apparently checkmate, but I am confused because the rook is pinned and therefore cannot defend the queen. Can someone explain this to me?
