Primal Palkia is a Dragon/Water-type Legendary Pokémon. Primal Palkia is a form of Palkia obtainable only via limited edition crate, or via quest. Primal Palkia's moveset is identical to it's regular one, with the only exception being it's exclusive move Interstellar Slice (learnt at level 70). There are four primal forms: Primal Dialga, Primal Palkia, Primal Giratina and Primal Arceus. All of the Primal forms are rated Ubers. None of the Primal Forms have access to their Origin forms.
