Mr. Yaschinshki is Tommy's school janitor. He is loyal to Principal Culpepper, and helped her collect all the robots in the school, including Robotboy, for her to play with. In the end of "Destroy all robots", when Culpepper is in the jail, he is disguised as her mother to give her the key to get out. Along with Principal Culpepper, he appeared only in 2 episodes. His design seems similar to the character "Groundskeeper Willie" from The Simpsons, plus speaking with Scottish accent just like Will
