Librarians regularly create fun and entertaining book displays for promoting books to pique student's interest in reading. Now that student populations are split between campus and home; educators are discovering new ways to meet students where they are. Round Rock ISD middle school librarians are meeting students where they are by creating virtual book displays, also known as online reading rooms. These virtual book displays include book recommendations dressed with colorful graphics, games, and challenges, all with the intent to get students reading.
