Not to be confused with Advanced Talents and Talents. What made you worthy of having specific Legendaries was entirely based on your stat point investments. For example, you could not get Vanishing Follow-Up, an Agility-based Legendary, if you only had 15 Agility, as it required 40. You wouldn't be able to obtain it until you had 40 Agility.
