The official website of the Kengan Ashura anime series announced on Thursday that the second part of the second season will premiere in 2024. The website also posted a promotional video for the new season. The first part began streaming exclusively on Netflix worldwide on Thursday. Voice actor Toshiyuki Morikawa (Made in Abyss, Bungou Stray Dogs) is joining the cast as Tokita Niko. The first season produced by Larx Entertainment premiered in two 12-episode parts on Netflix in July and October in 2019. The platform streamed both parts with subtitles and dubs in multiple languages. Kengan Ashura adapts Yabako Sandrovich and Daromeon's action manga, which ran in Ura Sunday magazine from April 2012 to August 2018. Shogakukan released the 27th and final volume in February 2019.
