It can pop up to through 3 layers of bloons, has piercing of 5 bloons, shoots every 750 mileseconds, and can pop through frozen and lead bloons. It has no upgrades. If the DVD screensaver hits a corner, all monkeys will rejoice, all bloons on the track will automatically pop and skip to the next round.
