Black Velvet is the Fan-made Stand of ArkhamLegion for the OC Thin Lizzy. Thin Lizzy has had this Stand since she was a toddler. The Stand's main ability is to manipulate the vision center of the opponent's brain and remove their ability to see one selected color at a time.
